These 25 buildings totaling 210 residential units and 10 commercial units, have been a success contributing to the further revitalization and development of East Harlem.

In May of 2001, IPM was appointed 7A Administrator of several properties in Brooklyn and Queens under the NYC Housing Preservation & Development - 7A Administration Program. These properties consist of 30 residential units and 3 commercial spaces that were totally destroyed and drug infested.
