Project Description

New Vision Community is project consisting of two residential properties located at 441 E 155^th and 445 E 138^th in the Bronx, NY area. The project was recently approved for a large renovation through a refinance of its HUD approved loan. All 181 units will undergo apartment renovations, as well common area elements as well and is expected to be completed by mid-2019. The project is a HUD approved project with an active HAP contract.
